Omakase is a traditional Japanese dining style meaning I leave it up to you”, where guests place their trust in the chef to guide the dining experience. Rather than choosing from a menu, each course is carefully selected and prepared according to the season, allowing the chef to showcase the finest ingredients of the moment through a thoughtful progression of dishes.

At ASA, our Omakase experience offers a relaxed yet refined journey through flavour and craftsmanship, with each course prepared and served in sequence to reflect the chef’s skill, creativity and attention to detail. Much of the fish featured throughout the menu is carefully sourced and prepared by our in-house fishmonger, ensuring exceptional quality and freshness in every course. Guests are seated at our Chef’s Counter, an intimate setting with just 12 seats, designed to bring you closer to the artistry of the kitchen and allow for a more personal and engaging dining experience.

Our Omakase experience is available from Wednesday to Saturday, with two evening sittings at 6pm and 8pm.
